Gamblers hoping to get in on the action at the new Hollywood Casino York will have to wait a little longer.

The casino, which is under construction at the former Sears store at the York Galleria, will not be opening by the end of this year as originally expected.

The opening date now is projected for the second half of 2021, Penn National Gaming spokesman Jeff Morris said.
